Special Limited Edition 2026 Proof Gold Eagle Coins Set For Release Today

The United States Mint continues their celebration of the Nation’s 250th Anniversary today with the release of the 2026 Proof American Gold Eagles! They will be a special, limited edition release available at 12pm EST.

As always, you can add the coins to your collection in the form of the 4-coin set or by purchasing them individually. The West Point minted Proof finish coins will feature the dual date of 1776 ~ 2026 on the obverse in addition to a special one-year-only Liberty Bell privy mark featuring the numeral 250 on the far left of Liberty.

Struck in 22-karat fine gold, the set features the 2026-dated coins in 1oz ($50), 1/2oz ($25), 1/4oz ($10), and 1/10oz ($5) sizes for a total of nearly 2oz of gold. The set has a product limit of 15,000 and a household limit of just one. The retail is currently listed at $11,410.00.
