The 1995 Olympic Cycling Silver Dollar is a commemorative coin issued by the United States Mint to celebrate the sport of cycling as part of the 1996 Olympic Games held in Atlanta, Georgia. The coin was part of a series of commemorative coins released in connection with the Olympic Games.

The obverse (front) of the coin features a depiction of a cyclist with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games (ACOG) logo and the Olympic rings. The designer of the obverse was William C. Cousins. The reverse (back) of the coin features a bald eagle in flight with the Olympic torch and the U.S. flag. The reverse was designed by T. James Ferrell. The coins were minted at the Philadelphia Mint (no mint mark) and the Denver Mint ("D" mint mark).
