2026 Native American Dollar Releasing Today at Noon

The United States Mint will release its last product of January today with the 2026 Native American $1 Coin. Beginning at 12pm EST, you can get the coins in 25-coin rolls and 100-coin bags.

Launched in 2009, the Native American dollar series releases an annual reverse design that honors and recognizes the important contributions made by individual Native Americans, traditions, and achievements that helped to shape U.S. history. This year’s design honors the contributions made by Polly Cooper.

Part of the Oneida Indian Nation, Cooper helped save the lives of Continental soldiers after the harsh winter they spend at Valley Forge (1777-78). The reverse design shows Cooper holding a basket as she shares with General George Washington the Oneidas’ gift of corn.
