30 Indian Head Cents from 1880 Through 1909

This collection contains one Philadelphia Mint Indian Head Cent from each year dated 1880 through 1909, for a total of 30 coins. Designed by U.S. Mint Chief Engraver James B. Longacre, the Indian Head Cent features Liberty wearing a Native American-style feathered headdress on the obverse, with the inscription "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" surrounding the portrait.

The reverse of these later-date Indian Head Cents features the denomination "ONE CENT" enclosed within an oak wreath, with a Federal shield positioned above and a bundle of arrows at the base. Together, the coins provide a year-by-year look at this enduring 19th- and early 20th-century U.S. coin design.
