The perfect PR70 grade indicates a fully struck proof coin with no post-production imperfections visible under magnification, while the Deep Cameo designation recognizes the strong contrast between its frosted design elements and mirrored fields.

The holder also features a John Mercanti signed label. Mercanti, former Chief Engraver of the United States Mint, is closely associated with American Eagle coinage and designed the original heraldic eagle reverse used on the Silver American Eagle from 1986 through 2021.
