1918 Lincoln Wheat Ears Reverse Cent Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) Condition

Victor D. Brenner designed this cent, which was issued to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln's birth. Minted from 1909-1958 in a composition of .950 copper and .050 tin and zinc with a diameter of 19mm. The Lincoln type was the first cent to have the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST". Although this 1918 Lincoln Wheat cent does not have a mint mark, it was minted at the Phildelphia mint with a mintage for the year of 288,104,634.
