The inscriptions include "LIBERTY" at the top, "IN GOD WE TRUST" in two lines on either side of Liberty's neck, and the date "1927" at the bottom. The reverse displays a majestic bald eagle at rest, clutching an olive branch in its talons, symbolizing peace. The eagle is perched on a rock inscribed with the word "PEACE." Surrounding the eagle are the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "E PLURIBUS UNUM," with the denomination "ONE DOLLAR" below.

In XF (Extremely Fine) condition, the coin exhibits light wear on the high points of the design, such as Liberty's hair and the eagle's feathers, but overall retains sharp details.
