1853 New Orleans(O) Liberty Seated Half Dollar Arrows & Rays Good to Very Good Condition

The 1853-O Liberty Seated Half Dollar with arrows and rays in G/VG (Good to Very Good) condition is a valuable and historically significant coin. The obverse (front) of the coin features Liberty seated on a rock, holding a liberty pole with a Phrygian cap. The reverse (back) originally included arrows and rays as part of the design, indicating a change in the weight of the coin. This was later modified due to striking difficulties.
