$2 legal tender notes, small size, were produced steadily but never in gargantuan amounts. They have a relatively small number printed and were extensively hoarded in their time. Crisp Uncirculated condition means their quality is in the most excellent condition and are harder to come by. On the face of the design, the a portrait of President Thomas Jefferson can be found with an image of his Virginal home, Monticello on the back.
