2019 United States Mint Set
2019 United States Mint Set – Includes Exclusive 2019-W Lincoln Cent
The 2019 United States Mint Set features standard uncirculated business-strike coins from both the Philadelphia and Denver Mints, presented in the updated multi-panel Original Government Packaging (OGP). This year continues the America the Beautiful Quarters Program, including ten quarters—five from each mint—honoring: Lowell (MA), American Memorial Park (NMI), War in the Pacific (GU), San Antonio Missions (TX), and Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness (ID). According to the official Red Book, the 2019 Mint Set had a low mintage of 344,238 sets, contributing to strong modern collector demand.
A major highlight of this set is the inclusion of a separate U.S. Mint folder containing the exclusive 2019-W Uncirculated Lincoln Cent—the first Uncirculated cent ever struck at the West Point Mint. This coin was only available through the 2019 Mint Set and could not be obtained from any other Mint product. In addition to this special cent, the set features uncirculated examples of the Lincoln Cent, Jefferson Nickel, Roosevelt Dime, Kennedy Half Dollar, and the 2019 Native American Dollar, which honors American Indians in the space program.
With its exclusive West Point “W” mintmark cent, desirable ATB Quarter lineup, and relatively low mintage, the 2019 Mint Set stands as one of the key modern releases of the late 2010s. Collectors pursuing America the Beautiful Quarters, Lincoln Cents, or low-mintage modern Mint Sets consistently view this set as a must-have.
