1908 Indian Head Cent BU Condition
The 1908 Indian Head Cent is a U.S. coin that features a portrait of Liberty wearing a Native American headdress, hence the name "Indian Head Cent." These cents were designed by James B. Longacre, and they were minted from 1859 to 1909. The 1908 issue is part of the later years of the series.

The obverse (front) of the coin features the profile of Liberty wearing a feathered headdress. The word "LIBERTY" is inscribed on the band of the headdress. The reverse (back) of the coin features a wreath of oak leaves and a small shield at the top. The words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "ONE CENT" are inscribed.
