Nothing feels quite as peaceful and serene as a quaint country church at Christmastime. Nestled in the snowy countryside the little church stands reverently with its steeple pointing toward the heavens. Inside, the church glows with a soft, gentle light as a choir group sings of Glad Tidings through familiar Christmas carols. Outside, the fallen snow has wrapped everything in stillness reminiscent of that very first quiet, simple Christmas night when Christ the Savior was born. Custom minted in the USA at the SilverTowne Mint in Winchester, Indiana using pure .999 fine silver bullion and hand-painted by SilverTowne artists. Each design was put together by our design department and are exclusive to SilverTowne. The obverse of this medallion features snow covered country church with icicles dripping off the roof and snow weighing down the evergreen tree. The words "GLAD TIDINGS" wrap around the top of the scene. The scene is painted with a midnight blue sky with a blanket of bright white snow. The Church has a bright red door and yellow glowing warm windows. The shoved sidewalk path is antiqued with grey and the evergreen tree shows peeks of deep green where the snow hasn't covered it yet. The entire scene is topped off with a layer of glitter which you can imagine as more snow falling from the sky! The reverse features our standard Christmas back dated "2025" along with the weight and purity designation of "ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER". You will find the area designated for engraving framed in a classic candy cane border with traditional holly and berries centered at the top.
