U.S. Set For Vermont American Innovation $1 Dollar Coin Release From Denver and Philadelphia

The United States Mint will be releasing the second installment of the 2022 American Innovation $1 Coins later today beginning at 12pm EST. The Vermont $1 Coin design will be available in 25-coin rolls and 100-coin bags from both Philadelphia and Denver.

In its fourth full year of releases in addition to an introductory coin unveiled in 2018, the multi-year series aims to honor innovation and innovators from each state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands with $1 coins. At the end of March, the United States Mint announced the next five women to be honored in their American Women Quarters Program.

2022-W Proof American Silver Eagle/Congratulations Set Slated For Release Today From the U.S. Mint

The time has finally come that the United States Mint will release the 2022-W 1oz Proof American Silver Eagle. On sale today starting at 12pm EST, the coin, in addition to the Congratulations set, will be available to the public.

Struck at West Point, the coin was initially slated for an early 2022 release (February) until it was postponed and put on the To Be Determined list of products. It finally got its release date nailed down again for the April 14th date. Featuring the new reverse that was unveiled and sold in the latter half of 2021, the coin will depict an eagle in flight as it approaches a landing with an oak branch in its talons. The month of April kicks off with the release of the 2022 Proof Set from the United States Mint. On sale today at 12pm EST, the sets will be available for $32 with no household limit.

With coins struck at San Francisco, the 10-coin set includes all five 2022 American Women Quarters in addition to one Native American $1 Coin, one Kennedy half dollar, one Roosevelt dime, one Jefferson nickel, and one Lincoln penny.
