Nefertiti Bust Coin

Each individual silver coin arrives in an oval-shaped box, embellished with an image of Nefertiti and is accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The obverseof this 3D coin features a high relief depiction of the Nefertiti Bust. The real Nefertiti Bust is a painted, limestone bust found by an archaeological team led by Ludwig Borchardi. Nefertiti was the Great Royal Wife of the Egyptian pharaoh Akhenaten. Believed to have been originally crafted in 1345 BCE by sculptor Thutmose, the Nefertiti Bust is one of the most copied works of art from ancient Egypt.

The obverse features a concave design of the Nefertiti bust facing right, with another depiction of her sitting on a throne in the background. The Djibouti coat of arms, Egyptian characters, and designs are included throughout the background as well. Inscriptions: “THE NEFERTITI BUST”, and “2023”.
