2022 marks the 15th annual release of the Austrian Philharmonic Silver bullion piece. Struck at the Austrian Mint, this beautiful silver coin is legal tender of 1.5 Euro minted in Vienna.

Inspired by the world famous Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, the reverse depicts a beautiful blend of musical instruments from the Orchestra. These include a cello, four violins, a Vienna horn, a bassoon and a harp. They are arranged beneath the German name of the Orchestra, "Wiener Philharmoniker." On the obverse is the great organ in Vienna's Golden Concert Hall (Musikverein).
