How to Place Your Order on SilverTowne.com

A step-by-step guide to placing your order on the SilverTowne website.

Browse the SilverTowne website to locate items you are interested in purchasing.

• Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button from the product’s page, category page or home page to add the item of interest to your shopping cart.

• As you continue to browse the site, you can review your cart from any page on the site via the mini-cart located on the right side of the menu bar.

• To edit and review your shopping cart, click on the green ‘Begin Checkout’ button located in the mini-cart, or click the ‘My Cart’ link.

• From the shopping cart page, you will be able to:
  - edit quantities of the items in your cart (and/or remove items)
  - get estimates of shipping charges and taxes
  - enter order notes or special instructions regarding your order
  - apply any special coupon codes you may have received

• Once you have reviewed your cart and are satisfied with its contents, click the green ‘Checkout Now’ button to proceed with your order.

From the Secure Checkout page, you will finalize your order information.

Checkout Steps – New Customers:

1) Enter an email address you would like to register for your order – click ‘NEXT’.

2) Enter your shipping address information – click ‘NEXT’.

3) Select shipping method (if all items in your cart qualify for free shipping, this option will be automatically selected for you as the standard “flat rate” option).

4) Verify you are over 13 years of age.

5) Select payment type (credit card or PayPal).

6) Verify billing address is the same as shipping address, or enter new billing address (billing address must match address on file with your credit card company to place order).

7) Enter payment information – click ‘NEXT’.

8) Select your email preference.

9) Create your account by entering in a password (must be 5 characters or more), and then confirm your password.

10) Click the green ‘CLICK TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER’ button (your order is not complete until you click that button).

11) Your order is now complete. You will be routed to a Thank You page with your order details and a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.

Checkout Steps – Existing Customers:

1) Login by entering your registered email address and password – click ‘SUBMIT’.

2) Review your shipping address information to make sure it is correct (if changes are needed click ‘EDIT’ and make the necessary changes, then click ‘NEXT’).

3) Select shipping method (if all items in your cart qualify for free shipping, this option will be automatically selected for you as the standard “flat rate” option).

4) Select payment type (credit card or PayPal).

5) Verify billing address is the same as shipping address, or enter new billing address (billing address must match address on file with your credit card company to place order).

6) Enter payment information (or edit existing information) – click ‘NEXT’.

7) Click the green ‘CLICK TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER’ button (your order is not complete until you click that button).

8) Your order is now complete. You will be routed to a Thank You page with your order details and a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided.
